TU Track Celebrates 23 All-Crossroads League Awards

The Crossroads League formally announced its 2023 Men's and Women's Indoor Track and Field All-League awards on Wednesday, following the CL Championships on February 17 and 18. Taylor earned 23 All-CL awards from 14 events.

The Taylor women's team saw 11 athletes earn all-league attention after combining to pick up 17 All-CL finishes over nine events, including two relays. The Trojans scored individual titles from Patience Sakeuh in the 200 and Noel VanderWall in the mile and finished second overall in the team standings.

The Taylor men's team had five athletes recognized after registering six All-CL honors in five events. TU also logged a pair of individual titles on the men's side with Sammy Sommers winning the long jump and Nate Conkel taking the 800 championship to highlight a fourth-place team finish.
